Katie has always been an athlete, getting energy out through cheerleading and gymnastics and then finding running in college. Her journey to the fitness industry started while working in Boston and needing an outlet after the long commute. Katie has been working in the fitness industry for almost 10 years and finds balance with her two favorite workouts, intense cardio and yoga. Her classes are always a mix of cardio and muscle work and she strives to make class challenging but accessible to everyone. After working for years as an environmental scientist, fitness has become a passion and an outlet. Katie loves working with people to meet goals, build confidence and release stress.
When not teaching Katie is either home with her two girls or coaching her varsity cheerleading team. She can be seen on the sidelines at the North Reading football games with her other 20+ girls on the North Reading Varsity Cheerleading Team.
