Sue is married and the mom to one spunky and sassy little girl. She's a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer and run coach. She teaches a variety of classes including HIIT, Barre, TRX, Bootcamp and Spin. Sue is very passionate about helping others build their mental and physical strength and achieve their personal health and wellness goals. She's also a marathoner, triathlete and singer. In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time quality time with her family and friends, running and being active outside and living life to the fullest.
